List Of Documents

Mandatory Required To Be Sent To The Directorate

1. Admission Form (Form-“A”) duly filled in and signed at all appropriate places and photograph should be attested.

2. Examination (Form-“C”) to be filled Online only.

3. Directorate’s Identity Card affixed photograph and complete in all respects.

4. Attested copy of all educational qualification from Matriculation/10^th Class onward.

5. Fee Receipt/Online Transaction receipt/Bank Draft/OBC Fee Slip (in original).

6. 1 stamp size colored photograph extra (Mention your Name and Class on backside of the photograph).

7. The Mobile No. and E-mail ID must be mentioned by the candidates to get any information through SMS/E-mail.

8. 2 Self-Addressed Envelopes are required to be sent with the Admission-cum-Examination Form
