Instructions For The Candidates (Please Read Instructions Carefully)
Scrutiny of document cum
Physical Measurement Test will be held of those candidates who have qualified
for Scrutiny of document cum Physical Measurement Test as per result dated 19
Sep 2016. Physical measurement test will be conducted of those candidate who
are found eligible after scrutiny of documents.
Candidates must bring:
Downloaded application form and
original certificates from matriculation onwards, Caste/EBPG/Haryana Resident
certificate, etc. for verification along with self -attested photocopy of each
on or before cutoff date of the said advertisement. Proof of date of birth. Original
Commission's copy of proof of fee.
No second chance will be given
to the absent candidates. No further correspondence will be entertained in this
regard. Mere issuance of Admit Card does not entitle a candidate to take
his/her Physical Measurement Test. Candidature of the applicant is provisional
subject to his/her fulfillment of eligibility conditions on cutoff date as per
condition of advertisement.
If at any stage it is detected
that a candidate does not fulfil the requisite qualifications prescribed for
the post till the date of submission of application form, or is ineligible on
any other ground, his/her candidature will deemed to be cancelled.
Use of mobile, pager and other
electronic/communication devices is strictly prohibited during the process of
verification/scrutiny of documents cum interview. If any candidate is found in
possession of mobile phone or any other electronic gazette,his/her candidature
will be cancelled.
The attendance in the Scrutiny
of document cum Physical Measurement Test will be marked using Bio Metric
Attendance process by capturing the thumb impression and may be compared with
bio metric attendance earlier taken at the time of PST/written examination.
Candidates shall comply with
all the instructions put on site for conduct of Physical Measurment Test. If a
candidate does not comply with instruction issued from time to time, his/her
candidature shall stand cancelled
Taking drugs and other
restricted medicine are strictly prohibited during Physical Measurement Test.
The candidate will participate
in the Physical Measurement Test at his own risk/responsibility.
Physical Measurement Test will
be conducted as per Haryana Govt. home department notification no.
S.O.133/H.A.25/2008/S.92/2015 dated 18.06.2015 which is already available on
commission's website i.e. www.hssc.gov.in.
