Year full time Master Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing/ HR/
Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management OR Retired Defense personnel of the
rank equivalent or above to Major.
Qualification - Field Co-ordinator - 3 years
Graduate degree with minimum 50% from a
recognized university.
