Qualification & Selection
shall be based on the following criteria-
Grade Points to be awarded
based on the marks obtained in the requisite minimum academic qualification
& additional Grade points for higher qualification as per following
breakup& calculations and (b) an interview of 20 (twenty) marks/ Grade points.
Foreman Qualification-
Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
/ Electronic Engineering .
Points to be
awarded - 60(for
candidates with Diploma) 70(for candidates with Degree) 10 (higher
qualification- Degree for Diploma holders only) 10 (experience) Max. 2 points/year.
Computer Assistant Qualification
- B.A/B.Sc/B.Com or equivalent with PG Diploma in IT/Computer Sciences /
Computer Application or BCA OR MCA/M.Sc.(IT) or equivalent OR B.E/B.Tech in
Computer Sciences / IT / E&C from a recognized University.
Points to be awarded - 60 (requisite
qualification) 20 (experience) Max. 2 points/year .
Driver Qualification
- Middle pass with 05 years experience and
Matric & above with 03 years’ experience, with valid hill license issued by
the competent authority.
Points to be
awarded -
60 (matric & middle) 10 (higher qualification
of 10+2) 10 (experience) Max. 2 points/year .
Orderly/ Chowkidar
Qualification - Matric (max. 10 + 2)
Points to be
awarded -
70 (requisite qualification) 10 (higher
qualification of 10+2)
Interview 20 Marks.
