notification recruitment post for the 74 vacancies of Male for all trades
except those earmarked for Female and Female candidates for the post earmarked
for them i.e Naib Subedar Staff Nurse, Rifleman Female Attendant, Rifleman
Aya/Rifleman Female Safai trades from States for the posts mentioned at
recruitment notification. Assam Rifles
recruitment rally will be held at Lokra, Assam, NRS – Guwahati And Diphu, Assam
NRS-DIPHU from 26 Oct 2015.

Physical Efficiency
Test (PET). PET will comprise following:-
For Male Candidates - 05 Km run
to qualify within 24 minutes.
For Female Candidates - 1.6 Km
run to qualify within 8.30 minutes.
No Physical Efficiency Test will be held for
Ex-servicemen. However, Ex-servicemen will be required to pass the requisite
Medical Examination.
Written Test Post For
Assam Rifles - The written test will comprise
of paper of 100 marks. Cut off percentage of marks for appointment is as
