Department Haryana Sec no. 68-70 Sector 17A Chandigarh Online applications are
invited for PRE-MATRIC Scholarships For 2015-16 From the students Belonging to
the Minority Communities.
Online applications are invited
in the prescribed format from the students belonging to the Minority
Communities, Namely Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists , Zoroastrians ,
& Jains Notified by The Central Government pursuing education from Class
1st to 10th in Govt. Recognized School/ Aided Institute for Pre-Matric
Scholarships for the year 2015-16 as per the eligibility criteria and
conditions prescribed by the Ministry of Minority Affairs Govt. of India.
Conditions For
Scholarship:
Students should be resident of
Haryana State.
Scholarship will be awarded to
the students who have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in
the previous final examination and the annual income of whose parent/Guardian Father
and mother both from all sources does not exceed Rs. 1.00 Lakh.
Income Certificate from the
Employer for employed parents/Guardian or certificate to be issued by the
competent Authority SDM/ Tehsildar declared by the State Government without
which application will be rejected.
Minority Certificate should be
issued 1st Class Magistrate SDM /Tehsildar without which application will be
rejected.
Aadar card Number is required
to apply online.
The Scholarship amount to
students under pre Matric scholarship scheme will be disbursed directly to the student’s
bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer DBT Mode.
Scholarship will not give to
more than two students in a family.

9th to 10th Online
Receipt of application from
students by Institutions/ State Scrutiny by Institutions Sate Administration 01
May 2015 to 31 July 2015
Submission of Online Proposal
by State- 01 July to 31 August 2015
Bank Validation by public
Finance Management System PFMS and release of Scholarship amount to students
through DBT mode 01 September to 18 October 2015
How to apply : Eligible students can apply online on the website
www.scholarships.gov.in students will forward their applications online to the
institutions and will also take printout. This printout along with all
requisite document as prescribed in the printout will be submitted to the concerned
institutions, Students will get temporary ID which he/ she will retain keep
with him /her for any further correspondence etc.
It is Mandatory for student of
classes 1 to 10 to apply for the Pre-Matric scholarship Online.
