Documents Required Issue of Duplicate RC Registration:
- Form number 26 applicant duly filled, photo and signed.
- Copy of original FIR.
- Residential Certificate (voter card/ passport/
telephone/electricity bill/ ration card) etc. attach any two attested
copies.
- Valid insurance & pollution photo copy.
- Self- declaration certificate
- Report of N.C.R.B.
- Valid fee.
